 Request: Enable field comm menu on server.
For testing purposes

Title says it all. Its in the latest patch notes.

Officers can build stuff and research stuff, to help commander.
Regular players can send requests to comm to build& research stuff.

hmm, interesting - not sure how it helps the commander, seems like it could only hinder them sharing the same resource pool and inevitable difference of opinion will intervene. I can imagine toxic for example, building constant strata for more heals and rush subs for sac-ing shields for his selfish insatiable hunger to only fail - join spec and lose the game for that team. we will see Smile

Commands can get requests to research something or to build something. They can auto-deny it or manually approve such requests. In case the commander accepts a research request it will instantly start researching that. In case the commander accepts a build request the player, who requested it will be centered in the commander view and the commander will be able to place the requested building near him.

As AO, you can research from the field and also build from the field!

It's not like every player can just build things!

I never suggested that.

Tried testing locally (world not devworld) AO functions don't work, haven't tested on a public server yet. As for requesting things, it moves away from players actually using team chat like they did before - just seems like a pointless function when you can simply use chat to ask for something, and the only time I leave command is defense/ dropping sensors or a quick demo run, commanders should not spawn unless they have a secure base with reasonable tech, and since they removed commanders from getting any awards, it not a commanders drive to spawn and farm for sadist with incomplete tech casually accepting requests inbetween coil shots.

PS, even more missing swing animations (mostly 2nd and 3rd swings) since patch, perhaps resulting from previous patches, but a few have noticed arms glued to the sides (torso swings) more than ever.

Because lag compensation was removed so you 300 pingers stop spreading the infection on EU servers.

Well that answers nothing as others who noticed shape/cable/saurus have sub 100 ping - idiot lol
