Since GER's vps cpu started to lag (fps is again jumping 10-25+-) and ISP support does not want to transfer it, it was decided to turn it off for a while.
Made a new server instead.
Location: NL (google cloud). It has it's own cpu and as a result it has a stable 30 fps rate atm. Ping also should be good for all of us.
Use this new server please.

Just to compare CPU benchmarks:

Quote:

UK

$ sysbench --test=cpu --max-requests=10000 --num-threads=1 run
sysbench 0.4.12: multi-threaded system evaluation benchmark

Running the test with following options:
Number of threads: 1

Doing CPU performance benchmark

Threads started!
Done.

Maximum prime number checked in CPU test: 10000

Test execution summary:
total time: 16.4466s
total number of events: 10000
total time taken by event execution: 16.4435
per-request statistics:
min: 1.45ms
avg: 1.64ms
max: 6.84ms
approx. 95 percentile: 2.46ms

Threads fairness:
events (avg/stddev): 10000.0000/0.00
execution time (avg/stddev): 16.4435/0.00
