 Removing LocktoSpec from /callvote

While locktospec might be a good tool for referees, as a callvote it's a potentially harsher punishment then a kick vote as it lasts for the whole duration of the game while kick only lasts for 15 minutes (although locktospec can be circumvented by logging in to a different account atm).

So I think it would be a good idea to remove it as a callvote.

Since this decision is up to server admins, I think it's appropriate here.

So BRAD, you're basically saying: remove a punishment that does nothing because it's too severe? Razz

I assumed that being able to circumvent it is a bug, not a feature Razz and would be solved.

XR have a tendency to declare bugs they create as part of the design process to avoid fixing them, it's part of the reason why savage xr is so popular atm Smile
