Hello guys! There's Jegenrapo,
I'm here because I want to apply for referee on Pulse!
I have seen you hasn't made so many refs.. (That's good)
Why I want to be referee?
The reason for that being is that even with current situation, there still seems to be a shortage during the whole day (except evening) and I want to chance it somehow!
My referee's rights would be used only in 'critical' situation like failed even vote afterwards we're playing 8 v 15, it's fucking unfair when you play with 15 players in front against 8 and it annoys you because win is so easy then! Smile Everyone of us wants to play for win by funny way (maybe for stats idk)

I hope you read it entire, thb I'm active player and fair referee is necessary at the moment. Also as a leader of competitive clan called KS I should be trustworthy Wink
One last supplement: I'm playing Savage for 10 years (Few nicks before - secrets!) but I have never been referee so you should learn me some basic operations with it!

Hm... I think I would just do my best, I want to deal with people that are breaking rules, I want to be ref who will deals with all problem that will appear on the battlefield or chat. For example situation that may come: Comm (like Segea Slave) will spawn with siege, most of refs won't register that but me yes, because I'm a player that's really active on chat and I see everything that's happening. Normal ref (like SOMA - nothing against him! I like him as player or as referee <3) is sometimes semi-afk and that's problem.. I'm playing 4 hours per day (except Thuesday & Thursday). So I can be usefull for Pulse server! If I answered bad I can reply again till the answer will be correct! Smile Thanks Jegen

 The fact that you're as active as you claims, makes the decision regarding your referee request more important to be correct ( no offense). OF what i've seen of you in-game, you seem like a nice person, and aint no trublemaker in-game as far as I know.

You say you will only enforce refereeing in critical situations. Will you enforce rule 1, regarding insults?

If someone in public chat insults me, or anyone else, and the insulted person say; " hey, ref, this guy is insulting me, can you give him a warning? " will you give a warning to the guy insulting (and mute if he keeps insulting).

How will you handle that situation ?

Or, will you only enforce the insult-rule in case of racism and hitler-"jokes" ?

Like a fair referee I would do my best. So about rule #1 - If there's wrote: No insulting! I'm going to give him warning, if he don't stop with insulting.. I would give him a mute for sure!
About Hitler & Racism.. It's a mute without warning because it's just a thing that everyone knows it's bad and unauthorized.
Maybe, it seems like the sentence: !My referee's rights would be used only in 'critical' situation' doesn't fit to that.. But I'm taking this as critical situation because insulting is bad and it makes people mad, however If someone says: dude, idiot, noob,.. I'll just let it be! Wink Because it's not critical situation.

Racism is punishable by an insta-kick. I find muting to this offence rather mild.

If we want to keep server up (more players = better quality of match, for someone) We don't have to kick for racism or Hitler jokes in early mornings or afternoons.
I think mute is just the same like kick in this case because we wont hear anymore smth what we don't want to hear. If he gets back with reconnect I'll easily mute him once again & again..
Sometimes I prefer mute more than kick because like I said in first sentence - more ppl = better quality for server - I'm talking about morning or afternoon when server is filled by approx. 5 - 15 players, on evening it's gonna be kick Wink).. But if rules says I should kick him for that I'm going to do it for sure! Thanks Jegenrapo

As for this ref request: I think Jegenrapo would be way better than some of the referees currently ruling Groentjuhs Server. So yeah, if I could vote, you'd have my F1. But pretty please with sugar ontop, don't let racism be unpunished. I'd rather have no game than playing with a wannebe nazi douche.
