Aren't we supposed to solve problems and try to keep a nice and fair athmosphere? IMO we are!

To TRA: A ref doesn't need to be the most popular player ingame, but he should be at least able to talk in a good and normal manner with other players.

We all know that you do flame and taunt ppl to bring them out of their game and that is not a bad thing ^^ It's annoying but fine.

Stringer simply stated a concern, that you might use the power as a referee with your quick hot attitude. Anyone could have the concern and its just his opinion....Opinions do differ and can be changed aswell.

There was absolutely no need to attack Stringer in this manner.


We do lack of referees that is correct and your apply shows that you do care about this community which is a great thing.

But to be honest if you are getting hot headed and change your opinion that fast by just one comment, you might not be able to handle flaming situations from other players.
And yes a referee does get flammed a lot and other people aswell. You should be able to solve this situation for everyone.
No one of us is perfect and we all have many flaws but we all do get along somehow and so should you.

Lately it has been Kenway for sure but there are lots of other players (aliased or unnamend) who will do the same shit.



I do wish that Savage is played fair and friendly! But i doubt it will be settled by force(ref).

Patience and a calm attitude might be something which is useful as a referee.

Communcation is a key issue here. You should be able to talk decent with every player. (Not personal but on a professional basis)

Reffing is indeed not a bonus and thous not granted to everyone.

I do agree with you that the referee position can be a hard task, but it shouldn't be a burden.

Your drive is to make Savage a more fair game.
I don't think that you want to enjoy those powers but with great power comes great responsibility and i can tell you that a lot of players who had those abused them.

You won't get a job if you don't apply for it. If JMZ who is server admin, didnt ask you personally to be ref. You have to go throu a trial like everyone of us.

You might have played 12 years, i might have played 10 years, one might have played 4 years...this doesn't matter at all.
Your current actions and attitude define yourself and thats what others and we see.

_ Stringer: For me he is just another player like everybody! else.....our opinions can differ or be the same. He is not the representation of everyone. Please think about that.


The best option for you is to show us, as a trial referee (without kicking power) that you are a good referee.
If you are willing to do this, its fine.

A referee shall have a neutral position when making decisions and throu the little tests by Stringer or others, we just want to make sure that you can deal with them and don't act emotionally

No one is against you personally, we are glad that you want to help us with this referee task. But its a task which has some responsibilitly.
