You don't have to warn at all.
No reason to warn, if you mute.

- i don't have to give warning (every day) to same player that argue/troll or exploit cuz i believe he understand enough from the last day , as i said if you're join the server to have fun with others you don't have to break the rules daily, this is not only with djinghis, i can give 1 (chance) as a warning, i can mute/slay after giving 1 chance. based on game situation yes i can give 1 to 2 chances. more than enough for me.
99% i gave warning to players before kick players, 1% if a player act too much (troll/exploit/breaking rules) to be kicked.
You kicked 3 ppl without warning that game, your figures are questionable, and saying you have demos is just immature. I know your English is sub-standard, but you need to give written warnings before you kick. Your provokative nature is a form of entrapment, and for that attitude alone you should lose referee status. You hav'nt a fucking clue about the camping rule or how to enforce it, and exploiters get away with anything under your nose. If you can only use referee powers when it effects you personally and fail on every other time your truly needed, then I don't see the point of you having ref anymore.

thank you djinghis, what i want to say is the 3 players that you are talking about, they're from the 1% that i already mentioned.
please read carefully last line.
regarding what you said in Camping rule or exploiters please provide a demo/screenshot that can prove this.
many thanks.

This is the epitome of Groent refs attitudes, and the exact needlessness comment from a has-been ref with a chip on his shoulder.

You'll cling onto anyone or anything that says what you don't have the guts to say yourself.
&SOMA, If 3 is 1% - where are the other 297 players? ---- like I said ~ questionable numbers, also JmZ made it very clear that everyone - no matter who should be treated equal, so that doesn't mean excluding warning for ANYONE. Once your thick skull can fathom this very very basic concept, you have no choice but to lift your game.
And if you become emotionally compromised again, and lets face it, that's inevitable, I will be ready with a demo.
@JmZ ~ Save us all the GB and try this Code: set serverdemos_recordserver 1
Not only is it 100% accurate and trustworthy, it also records from all perspectives.

I'll enable server demos if they are not already, but have some server moving to do first (closing DE, replacing with UK pulse).
Also, djinghis, I understand your frustration. You disagree with the fact that SOMA kicked you (and maybe someone else) based on a warning from a previous game.
For this reason, refs will now warn before most actions, even if the person has been warned already in a previous game or the previous day. Of course, there will be exceptions, such as repeat-spammers and other severe repeat offenders.
Try not to trouble yourself and get into such drama as this.
All we need to know is your complaint, then I get the ref's side and deal with it as needed. These threads do too easily blow out of proportion.

Don't forget to allocate a few gig, from memory, I think my server built up about half a gig in a full day, more players = more actions + phoe spam would probably add up to 1 GB a day ). I guess you could auto delete after 3 days like security cameras.

Serverdemos are not at all friendly for handling ref complains. There is no fast-forward (they removed the timescale cvar from savage!!!) or way to seek within a serverdemo (never existed for serverdemo). If some complain happens 1 hour into a game, then someone will need to spend 2 maybe even 3 hours to look into it. And that's if you do not lag out or corrupt first frames the replay server produces. And please note: Serverdemos do not record warmups.
I do not see JmZ do that. It's up to him to enable them and use them, but I would not trust it to replace client demo's for such a thing.
I might be somewhat weird, but I simply for auto-recording enabled and it takes months and months to get a GB of client demo's compared to just a few games for a server to gather that. If you don't care to record anything locally, I wonder if you are worth the hours it would take to actually look at serverdemos!

The developers (which are now all gone) do not like me for pointing out such things. At the time they removed it I did protest against it. I did point out the removing timescale would remove the only option to fast-forward in serverdemos. They said it's more important to stop cheaters then to have fast forwarding in serverdemos and removed it anyway.
I simply stopped caring about after that, because I did not want to delay updates another 3 to 6 month like I had done before. Neither did I want to once again demotivate the remaining developers once more.
Feel free to contact them yourself if you want to get this problem fixed. I surely won't be able to get it fixed; I tried and they did not bother to do anything to maintain the feature.
I did what I could at the time they removed it! Feel free to give it a try yourself.

Please get yourself informed about things before talking in such manner.
