yes this is a professional disease, if you're on field playing for your team best thing you can do about it on your own is to bind a key that switches you to spec. It means interrupting your game and might be frustrating at times, but it's a middleway i used to do do it a lot

obviously refs will see more problems on the enemy team, however, also the server has responsebillity to say when someone is breaking the rules and to tell it to the ref, then the ref will judge. i as a ref, rarely go spec in mid of game, only when its really necessary. i come to play to have fun, not to look over kids' acts 24/7.
more refs would be nice, however, most of the good and responsible ppl wouldn't want to be refs probably..

so i needed to go to spec Wink

I can only add that we do really need some more (like 3-5) new refs to make game more convenient for each other.
It would be good if you would help me to find them Smile
